Meet Samantha, one of our property experts with a well-rounded background in property management and a strong foundation in customer service. With hands-on experience managing her own buy-to-let portfolio, completing a self-build, and navigating multiple property sales, Samantha brings a genuine understanding of investors’ needs.
Her early career included customer service roles with Virgin Atlantic, KLM, and Sainsbury’s, where she underwent a variety of customer service training programmes that have helped shape her expertise and welcoming approach.
At Habi, Samantha’s day-to-day involves working closely with tenants and landlords, offering attentive support and handling all aspects of property management. She has completed specialist training in HMO licencing and management, fire safety and property tax to ensure protection and premium advice for our landlords.
Outside of work, Samantha is a busy mum of two, balancing family life with her interest in interior design. And here’s a fun fact – she’s also a tap dancer!
