Meet Glen; the hands-on owner who is deeply involved in the day-to-day operations, bringing his local expertise and genuine passion for property to every aspect of the business.
Born and raised in Norfolk, Glen possesses an unrivalled knowledge of the Norwich area and its surrounding communities. Nearly 20 years ago, he established Hammond & Stratford, a trusted and independent estate agency which he built from the ground up. Alongside this, he launched Dragonfly Lettings, which grew to become one of the leading independent letting agents in Norfolk.
Glen’s personal experience in property investment further fuels his insight. He has successfully navigated the complexities of buying, selling, letting, and renovating numerous properties, including undertaking a self-build project. His expertise also extends into the commercial property sector, where he has handled sales, lettings, lease negotiations, acquisitions, and land development.
As an accredited member of The Association of Residential Lettings Agents (ARLA) and National Association of Estate Agents or (NAEA) Propertymark, Glen upholds the highest industry standards. His specialised training spans HMO licencing and management, fire safety regulations, and property tax, ensuring he remains well-equipped to support clients in a rapidly changing industry. He also regularly attends webinars and industry conferences to keep pace with legislative updates and best practises.
Glen’s enthusiasm for tech and innovation shapes his vision for a modern, customer-centric agency, leaving behind tradition in favour of a more personalised service. This progressive approach allows him to challenge traditional models and adapt to the evolving needs of his clients.
Outside of work, Glen is a devoted father to two daughters, a lover of property design, and, when time allows, a Fortnite gamer!
